Clients with payment concerns are asked to speak to a Caring Hearts team member before their exam. -If you are more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled appointment you will be asked to reschedule your appointment. -If you no show for an appointment, you will be required to make a deposit the day you schedule the appointment in the amount of $50, this will be applied to your account as a credit balance.
